COMPENSATION EXPECTATIONS:
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk analysis or Embedded Risk Analysis.
- At least 6 years in the financial services sector, with recent experience within the last 5 years.
- Experience in cybersecurity and/or relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or other recognized Cyber certifications.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with established risk and control commitments and requirements.
- Act as an effective liaison among various cost centers, including Enterprise Production Assurance (EPA) and IT Resiliency and Data Center (ITR&DC), along with control functions such as:
- Internal Audit Department
- Technical Risk Management
- Operational Risk Management
- Regulatory Relations
- IT Risk Community of Excellence
- Management Control Testing
- Drive the successful and timely completion of commitments and requirements.
- Address issues and actions related to TRM network and application penetration test findings, FOSS findings, risk acceptances, and policy deviations.
- Review and provide guidance on PDMS Policy and Procedures documentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource for stakeholders and control functions, assisting in articulating issues and remediation plans.
- Collaborate with EPA and ITR&DC teams to track audit deliverables and facilitate timely responses to management requests.
- Monitor audit actions against defined delivery dates and assist in developing retarget plans as necessary.
- Identify control adherence and design effectiveness gaps to protect stakeholders.
- Conduct proactive Continuous Improvement Questionnaires (CIQ) to identify potential issues, policy deviations, and risk acceptances to mitigate future findings.
- Update the Process, Risk & Control (PRC) framework proactively.
- Review compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) maker/checker requirements.
- Document meeting decisions and actions promptly.
- Work closely with management and stakeholders to accurately report the status of audit and regulatory actions.
- Collaborate effectively with the Risk Management Center of Excellence to ensure timely responses to TRM, external audits, and regulatory requests.
- Promote strategic improvements in the IT control environment.
- Integrate risk management into continuous improvement processes, roadmaps, and strategies across teams.
- Facilitate control efforts and provide feedback to the CoE and control functions as appropriate.
- Support and influence the risk mindset within EPA & ITR and DC.
