Job Title: Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize projects in the field and maintain active knowledge of project parameters.
  • Obtain and study project drawings and specifications, including the scope of work as defined by our contract with the General contractor.
  • Maintain open communication with the General contractor and attend project meetings.
  • Maintain record documents and approved submittals, notifying the project manager if there are missing submittals.
  • Maintain a daily log of potential changes or back charges and unusual circumstances that may warrant attention, reporting back charges and change orders to project managers.
  • Install plumbing systems.
  • Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.
  • Supervise all Jet personnel that you are responsible for, reporting tardiness and disciplinary issues to the general manager.
  • Maintain a daily record of timesheets for all Jet employees that you are responsible for, submitting timesheets to the office and signing off on all timesheets before submitting them.
Requirements:
  • Active driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • 2+ years of Plumbing Foreman experience preferred.
  • Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects.
  • Ability to read and follow plans and specs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the direct crew, maximize efficiency, meet project schedules, and deliver high-quality projects on time.
