Your Role
As a Staff Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit Float Pool, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will assess and evaluate patient care needs, apply critical thinking skills in patient care management, and collaborate with the healthcare team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. You will also prioritize all aspects of patient care, including teaching, rounding, coaching, and planning 'after hospital care.' Additionally, you will educate patients and caregivers about their plan of care, transition of care, promotion of health, and prevention of disease.
