MRI Technologist for Travel Assignments

- ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA only, necessary for certain departments)
- BLS: Basic Life Support
- PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (mandatory for Labor & Delivery)
- CHEMO: Chemotherapy (essential for Oncology, Chemo, Bio, BMT)
- TNCC: Trauma Nursing Core Course
- EFM: Electronic Fetal Monitoring (required for Labor & Delivery)
- Certifications: Required for Cath Lab Technologists and Sterile Processing Technicians
- State License Verification: Necessary
- NIH Stroke Certification: Required
- Miscellaneous Certifications: For First Assist RNs
- Conscious Sedation Competency Exam: Required for specific units
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Requirements: BLS and ARRT certification is mandatory. Candidates must possess MRI Safety knowledge, including the ability to research implants and adhere to scanning protocols, along with experience in anesthesia and pediatric patient care.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Siemens MRI systems is essential.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with Epic and PACS systems is preferred.
- BLS and ARRT certification are required.
- Preferred experience of 2+ years in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility.
