Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a dynamic, clinician-owned home healthcare agency dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients in the Groton area of Massachusetts. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
- Provide comprehensive education and support to patients and their caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Requirements:- MA Physical Therapist (PT) license is required.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
