Physical Therapist (PT) Job Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
  • Provide comprehensive education and support to patients and their caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, is crucial.
