About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with branch administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Participate in marketing activities, such as planning and executing events, to drive business growth and client engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors and other branch team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in current and new office technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Business Acumen: Basic understanding of financial services and markets, with a desire to learn and grow in this area.
