Senior Financial Analyst

At Pipestone (Emp Serv LLC), we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely financial and statistical information to support our farm's goals and objectives.

• Prepare and analyze complex financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Assist in the implementation and review of accounting procedures and systems, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide financial analysis and support to business unit leads and executives.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow analysis, and other monthly reports.
• Assist in the preparation of information for annual attest engagements and regulatory tax requirements.
• Develop and maintain databases and reports to support financial research and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of two years of experience in finance and accounting, including account analysis, financial statement preparation, and knowledge of complex accounting transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an office setting and attend meetings of various lengths.
