POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Onsite Event Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee and manage on-site event personnel, ensuring all staff are well-trained in their responsibilities, including ticket validation and adherence to Fever policies.
- Handle event operations, including:
- Inventory management: Oversee all devices utilized during events (e.g., PDAs, computers, POS systems).
- Validation control: Manage the validation system and devices (Fever Partners App).
- Flow management: Ensure smooth movement of attendees throughout the event, preventing bottlenecks and crowding.
- Onsite payment processing for food, beverages, and merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain communication protocols and guidelines.
- Engage with customers proactively to enhance their experience.
- Report daily to Fever management regarding event status, including pre and post-event insights and any incidents.
- Act as the primary liaison between partners, production teams, and on-site staff, embodying Fever's brand and culture.
