Program Security Specialist

Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Program Security Representative (PSR) II and contribute to the success of our clients by ensuring the security and integrity of their sensitive information.
Responsibilities:- Provide multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs) and sensitive compartmented information (SCI) activities.
- Develop and execute approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
- Conduct day-to-day security assessments and provide recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems.
- Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
- Provide contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
- Brief personnel on security-related topics.
- Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and monitor corrective actions.
- Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters.
- Conduct loss, compromise, or suspected compromise investigations and generate damage assessments.
- Familiarity with security policy manuals and guiding documents.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact with DOD, military, and industry partners.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative.
- Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of related experience, including SAP experience.
- Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
- Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
