We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Services Technician to join our team at Wilcox Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic technology and service to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to imaging services programs as needed and defined by department staff.
- Assist in the operation of imaging equipment, including CAT scans, to ensure accurate and efficient diagnostic imaging.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
- One year of medical experience preferred, with previous experience in radiology highly desirable.
