Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to mission-critical systems, ensuring they deliver intelligence products effectively.
- Collaborate with regional teams to resolve technical issues and manage high-impact incidents.
- Document and analyze incidents to create actionable insights and improve processes.
- Facilitate communication across teams to address incidents requiring external input.
Essential Qualifications:
- Expertise in system administration and maintenance.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network challenges.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking capabilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with container management platforms.
- Advanced scripting skills in languages such as Python or Bash.
- Knowledge of database troubleshooting, particularly with Postgres.
- Familiarity with graph databases and messaging systems.
