Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

At TridentCare, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pre-analytical laboratory services to our clients/patients in a mobile setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a company vehicle to client facilities, typically nursing homes, as directed by the company dispatcher.
  • Unload phlebotomy trays and collect samples from patients in a safe and timely manner.
  • Accurately identify patients and collect, label, process, and deliver specimens obtained from patients.
  • Reload equipment and all necessary specimens to the vehicle for prompt delivery.
  • Regularly communicate with the dispatcher to report status and location.
Requirements:
  • Practices excellent communication and interaction skills specific to the population served.
  • Treats customers and patients with respect, dignity, and discretion.
  • Must have a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
  • Must have a current, valid State Driver's license; car insurance; good driving record; and a vehicle in good working condition.
  • Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture using both vacutainer and syringe techniques.
