Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Lead FI-CO to join our team at Sonaca North America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the support, development, and enhancement of our SAP modules, including reporting. Your expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling areas will be crucial in implementing ERP for manufacturing operations, focusing on the integration between Finance, Sales/Distribution, and Production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and participate in global projects responsible for all aspects of the SAP System Development Life Cycle.
  • Be part of a team supporting post-implementation and ensuring global SLAs are met, serving as the interface between the development team and business process owners for the FI (Financial) and CO (Controlling) modules of SAP.
  • Provide on-going training to end users of SAP FI/CO functionality and reporting tools, and interface with other functional specialists to ensure solution design and integrity.
  • Focus on the deployment of a Global Template for Finances and proactively identify and propose business process and/or system improvements.
  • Develops detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or Information Technology from an accredited college or university required.
  • Ability to achieve results in a timely manner and experience supporting multiple modules FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, and PM.
  • Broad understanding of SAP configuration, including Product Costing, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Accounts Receivable, FSCM Credit/Collections/Disputes Management, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, and common business taxes, preferably across several regions globally.
  • Experience supporting BOBJ, PI, FIORI applications is preferred, as well as strong experience with FIORI applications in the FICO area.
  • Solid understanding of functional integration points, entity relationships, and module flows, strong organizational, attention to detail, and task follow-up skills.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge in developing functional specifications, and good understanding of data flow and integration across SAP modules.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
