About the Role:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and create personalized support plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, emotional, and social issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop interventions that support students' mental health and academic goals.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to promote optimal student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Dedication to improving student mental health and overall success.
