About the Job

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing high-quality nuclear medicine procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures according to exam protocol in a timely manner.
  • Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring proper positioning and immobilization.
  • Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control, drug and radiation policies, protocols, and techniques.
  • Maintain equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure people are safe to enter the department by screening them according to approved policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • ARRT-N Nuclear Medicine Tech (ARRT-N), Cert Nuclear Med Tech (CNMT): Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine - ARRT (N), or by the NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).
