Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at Reserve Cut - Park Ave. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
  • Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders as needed
  • Offer personalized recommendations to guests using suggestive selling techniques
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Implement the steps of service for guests consistently
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • Prepare final bills and present checks to guests
  • Process payments and make change as needed
  • Assist fellow servers as needed
  • Set tables and rearrange them as necessary
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on fine dining
  • Excellent knowledge of fine dining room and service procedures
  • Outstanding guest service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • NYC Food Handlers Permit and TIPS certification preferred
