Resale and Estoppels Expert

We're seeking a Resale and Estoppels Expert to join our team at Artemis Lifestyle Services, Inc. in Kissimmee, FL.

This role involves managing the preparation of estoppels and closings documents for our growing portfolio of HOA and Condo Communities.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing on all estoppel requests and questionnaires. This includes validating all outstanding fees, assessments, and association contributions, and entering all new homeowner information into Caliber within a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a high volume of new owners and updating new owner data after property sales.
• Responding to inquiries and requests from title agents in a timely manner.
• Providing timely, efficient, and customer-excellent responses to each request, dispute, or complaint from homeowners, title companies, attorneys, lenders, and all other vendors.
• Responding to emails and voicemails within 24 hours of receipt.
• Preparing statements of account, coupon books, welcome letters, and new homeowner information sheets when necessary, as required by each individual community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of resales experience.
• Previous experience working with homeowner closings or title company preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling high-volume customer services calls and emails.
• Strong customer focus with an emphasis on problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent people skills with the proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all departments.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Caliber software is a plus.
