Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and trends.
  • Understanding of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the complete software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code evaluations, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operations.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking vision for engineering and technology.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
