Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of analytical instruments including HPLC, GCMS, and LCMS.
- Engage in methods development and validation processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and training to clients in the region.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience with analytical laboratory equipment from leading manufacturers such as AB Sciex, Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, or PerkinElmer.
Training Opportunities:
