Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Kitchen Work Areas: Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Keep Equipment and Utensils Clean: Remove trash and place it into designated containers, steam clean or hose out garbage cans, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
