We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a subacute per diem position at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA.
Responsibilities- Implement nursing care for assigned patients and assist the Registered Nurse (RN) in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Demonstrate competency in strong basic patient care skills, clerical stocking, phlebotomy, specific patient care duties, and other departmental duties as requested.
- Actively demonstrate a passion for patient care while demonstrating service recovery if needed and displays service excellence at all times.
- Follows standard of care as defined within scope of Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse and reflects the American Nurses Association's Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Nurse Practice Act.
Corona Regional Medical Center is a 238-bed community hospital network comprised of a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission and employs over 1,250 trained healthcare workers.
