We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Team Lead to join our team at Muscular-Skeletal Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in radiology procedures in an ambulatory setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and support to radiology staff in the performance of diagnostic procedures, including x-rays, fluoroscopy, C-Arms, and OR procedures.
- Ensure that all diagnostic procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.
- Graduate of an accredited radiology program.
- 3-5 years of experience in radiology, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
- Current ARRT license and valid BCLS certification.
