Job Title: Radiology Technician

UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team in Thornton, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiology Technician to provide top-notch patient care and imaging services. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for performing various imaging procedures, including radiography and fluoroscopy, to diagnose and treat patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiographic procedures, including X-rays and fluoroscopy, to diagnose and treat patients.
  • Review patient history and initiate imaging procedures based on physician orders.
  • Provide patient education and ensure mutual understanding and cooperation.
  • Safely administer contrast media and monitor patient condition.
  • Implement techniques to yield clarity in images and ensure quality control and equipment functionality.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
