Position Overview
We are in search of an Operations Manager to join our esteemed team at SAINT LAURENT. This role is pivotal in supporting the Store Director and ensuring the seamless operation of our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards to enhance store performance.
- Assist in managing all operational and administrative functions within the store.
- Ensure effective inventory management and accurate stock rotation.
- Conduct annual inventory assessments and address any discrepancies.
- Monitor monthly inventory turnover and implement necessary action plans.
- Collaborate with the Store Director to execute Back Office strategies and ensure their effectiveness at the store level.
- Support the sales team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain the store's visual standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Address customer complaints and oversee back office processes with professionalism.
- Assist in team management, including administrative staff, cashiers, stock keepers, and security personnel.
Candidate Profile
- Proven commitment to participating in innovative projects.
- Extensive experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
- Demonstrated success in managing teams of three or more.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Compensation
The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $68,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
