As a School Bus Driver with First Student, you will enjoy a starting wage of $20.00/hour and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and their families. We provide comprehensive training for all new drivers, so no experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reliable transportation to students
  • Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety of our fleet
  • Assisting students with boarding and exiting the bus
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of customer service

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Pass a drug screen and physical
