Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems, including data center cooling equipment, to meet customer specifications and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain extensive drawing libraries, ensuring all physical copies are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement efficient manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality products.
  • Work with customer teams to evaluate new and revised specifications, perform CDE (comply, deviate, except) process, and communicate results to key team members.
  • Manage full submittal packages for products and provide deliverables to site general contractors and customer groups for each deployment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) required.
  • 0-5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
  • Design software (Solidworks, Autodesk, etc.) preferred.
  • General knowledge of welded steel fabrication, mechanical piping, electrical wiring schematics, and controls preferred.
