Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets for operating and reserve funds, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient resource allocation.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain complete and accurate records of vendors, insurance providers, and legal entities, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Communication and Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents, trustees, and contractors through regular site visits, email updates, and open forums.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, such as Real Estate, Property Management, or previous management, bookkeeping experience, property maintenance, customer service-related position preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong mathematical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom, and ability to interpret governing documents and present information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
