Speech Language Pathologist Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to become a part of our Early Intervention team. This role involves providing in-home therapy services to children from birth to 3 years old.

Our ideal candidates are those who are enthusiastic about supporting young children's developmental journeys. You will have the unique chance to engage parents directly in the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits for Speech Language Pathologists:

- Competitive pay starting at $110.00 per hour (contract, per diem, and part-time options available)

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, no evening shifts

Qualifications for Speech Language Pathologists:
- Valid state license is mandatory

- Master’s degree is required

- At least 1 year of experience in speech therapy

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with pediatric clients

Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist:

- Organizing therapy sessions in coordination with families

- Delivering home-based interventions that actively involve parents and caregivers

- Adhering to the care plan established by a multidisciplinary evaluation team

- Focusing on the child’s developmental milestones, including crawling, sitting, standing, and walking

- Documenting clinical sessions using a web-based system

- Collaborating with the Service Coordinator and other team members involved in the child’s care
