  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with dancers, parents, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in marketing, fundraising, and event planning, with ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in database management and grant writing, with ability to secure resources and support for the ensemble's artistic endeavors.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
