Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and software to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in purchasing and sourcing activities.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Generate clear and concise reports to support informed decision-making by management, and maintain dashboards to track effectiveness of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Sourcing and Procurement: Input purchase requisitions, receive purchase orders and invoices, maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, and conduct regular assessments of suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials without overstocking, and maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, supplier agreements, and inventory levels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with internal regulatory requirements and policies.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the wine or beverage industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent, relevant job experience.
- Competitive Pay: $28.00/hour, with final compensation dependent upon skills and experience.
