As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the activities of the night crew, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the activities of the night crew, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Update transfers and POs in the system, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Monitor email and radio communications, staying informed of any changes or updates that may impact warehouse operations.
  • Facilitate product transfers and import product setup, ensuring seamless execution of warehouse activities.
  • Maintain cycle counts as needed to resolve receiving discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including training and development of warehouse personnel.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience riding pallet jack and stand-up forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, with temperatures ranging from 32°F to 40°F.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently, with occasional lifting of heavier items.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, prioritizing activities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, with a focus on safety and attention to detail to prevent accidents and injuries.
