About the Role:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the healthcare sector, prioritizing prospects based on geographic and client group considerations.
  • Strategically pursue clients and lead project pursuits, including responses to proposals and RFPs, and sales presentations for major projects.
  • Support the marketing and sales strategy for the region, managing public relations, industry involvement, and award applications, while staying up-to-date on industry competitors and best practices.
  • Assess potential development sites, considering environmental, geotechnical, and regulatory factors, and develop site-specific costs budgets and pro formas for internal approval.
  • Determine submission requirements and schedules for governmental approvals and permits, and represent the company at meetings and presentations.

  • Ensure that design, construction, and property management meet client expectations at the executive level.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate development, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial development and construction in a design-build environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or MS in Real Estate or Finance.
  • Deep connections and networks in healthcare, particularly in Texas.
  • Existing relationships with healthcare system decision-makers and the ability to establish new relationships.
