Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist at Vail Integrative Medical Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and spinal rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and spinal rehabilitation needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic setting, preferably with a focus on rehabilitation and acute care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
