ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking passionate travel enthusiasts to join our depot team in Glendale - Salt Lake City. As a vital representative of our brand, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our fleet of campervans is well-maintained, and managing all operational aspects of the depot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming bookings, greet guests, and oversee check-in and check-out processes;
  • Prepare and clean campervans for rentals;
  • Ensure campervans are maintained in excellent condition and address any maintenance or repair needs;
  • Register guests, manage inventory, and process payments;
  • Address customer complaints and resolve emergencies effectively.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A travel enthusiast with experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or car rental preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage with customers;
  • Eligible to work in the US, possess a valid driver's license, and comfortable driving a campervan;
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays;
  • A responsible individual who is dependable and takes their work seriously;
  • Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.
