Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team at Soliant Healthcare in the Longview, Texas area. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders. Key Responsibilities
  • SLPs: Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • SLPAs: Assist SLPs with delivering therapy services, implementing treatment plans, and conducting therapeutic activities under supervision.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.
  • Manage assignments flexibly, which may include working at a single location or splitting time between multiple sites.
  • Address a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language development.
Qualifications
  • SLPs: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SLPAs: Associate or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, preferably some experience in a healthcare or educational setting, flexibility with assignments and locations, and strong communication skills and ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
