About the Role

We are seeking a Community Internet Access Coordinator to join our team at Queens University of Charlotte. As a Digital Navigator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that community members have access to affordable home internet services and devices.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized assistance to community members, coaching them on basic digital skills, and facilitating small group learning sessions. You will also track client progress and maintain accurate records using the CDE Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist community members in accessing affordable home internet services and devices
  2. Counsel clients on the use of their home internet services to meet their priorities
  3. Develop and update knowledge base/playbooks in HubSpot for new or revised processes to enhance service delivery
  4. Participate in community meetings and outreach events to interact with residents and provide services

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of customer-oriented job experience, preferably in nonprofit or educational organizations. They should possess excellent communication skills, ability to establish trust with diverse clients, and strong self-organization skills.
