Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance on all plant machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
    • Identify and address safety concerns throughout the facility to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Minimize Downtime
    • Continuously review and optimize the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
    • Anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner to prevent equipment failure and minimize production losses.
  • Effective Troubleshooting
    • Utilize your knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
    • Accurately document work orders and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge & Understanding
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of motor control systems, hydraulic systems, fire protection, and mechanical bearing systems.
    • Interpret blueprints and technical documentation to fabricate parts and equipment as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
