Responsibilities
  • Comprehend and adhere to company policies regarding work schedules, guest belongings, and privacy.
  • Perform essential housekeeping tasks such as changing linens, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and preparing rooms post-checkout.
  • Identify and return any guest items found during service.
  • Report any damages in communal areas to management.
  • Collaborate with fellow Housekeeping Specialists during each shift.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Foster positive relationships with both staff and guests.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory.
  • Address housekeeping issues promptly, including spills and breakages.
  • Collect and dispose of waste and debris.
  • Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting linens.
  • Document and return all lost and found items.
  • Clean upholstered furnishings as needed.
  • Conduct detailed deep cleaning when necessary.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to service standards.
  • Provide support to guests as required.
  • Communicate effectively with all Gravity Haus team members to enhance guest experiences.
  • Act as a Gravity Haus Ambassador, actively participating in our mission and vision.
  • Build connections within the Gravity Haus community.
  • Deliver a genuine and elevated guest experience with a focus on community, sustainability, and enthusiasm.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 per hour
