  • Efficiently handles customer account transactions (deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, check cashing, etc.).

  • Balances cash drawer and client service specialist transactions accurately.

  • Develops knowledge of new and existing products and services.

  • Assesses customer financial needs to identify and offer suitable products and services.

  • Secures against loss by ensuring safekeeping of money in the cash drawer and prompt accounting or transfer of funds.

  • Identifies potential fraudulent activity.

  • Supports daily tasks that maintain branch integrity (balance ATM, process night drop, balance negotiable instruments, process returned mail, balance credit card machine, monitor lobby rate sheets and brochures).

  • Contributes to achieving referral goals for the branch by focusing on identifying and referring basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.

  • Delivers an outstanding customer experience.

  • Completes other assigned tasks.

About You:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.

  • Bilingual ability is desirable.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cash handling environment.

  • Maintains professionalism at all times.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Effectively works as part of a team.

  • Passes client service specialist training programs.

  • Develops strong relationships with customers and internal teammates.

  • Performs repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements.

  • Utilizes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Workstyle: Full-time onsite.

The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $21.00, and the selected candidate's pay rate will be determined based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.

The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
