Position Overview:
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining the brand's visual presentation standards across retail locations. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Brand Visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards throughout retail environments.
- Conduct regular store visits, both in-person and virtually, to ensure compliance with visual directives.
- Provide training and support to store teams regarding display standards and merchandising techniques.
- Oversee the execution of visual strategies that align with brand objectives to enhance sales performance.
- Manage the distribution of signage and visual materials to all retail locations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating store associates on product details, styling, and seasonal offerings.
- Analyze visual merchandising effectiveness through regular assessments of window displays and in-store presentations.
- Assist in the creation of visual merchandising guides and directives for store implementation.
- Support new store openings by sourcing and organizing visual props and accessories.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss visual strategies and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of style are essential. Frequent travel is required, and candidates should demonstrate a successful track record in a dynamic retail environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, along with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with design software.
