About the Role

Cushing Terrell is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative and cutting-edge design solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for various projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other building systems.
  • Develop and implement electrical design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and technologies to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in design and development.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or the ability to obtain licensure.
  • Proficient in Autodesk MEP Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
