Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team at Cadence Education. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for our youngest students.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth in infants.
- Establish a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement daily schedules that provide a balance of activities.
- Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child's day.
- Respect and observe children's interests, and intervene when needed to maintain safety.
- Enhance children's play with language, toys, and activities that promote learning and development.
- Encourage and model social behavior and expectations that are developmentally appropriate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must meet all state preschool teacher requirements.
- High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours.
- Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare preferred.
- Competitive compensation - Hourly Pay Range $20.00.
