Position Summary and QualificationsThe Nursing Manager oversees the operations of the unit/department on a 24/7 basis.
Qualifications:- Current Florida Registered Nurse license or recognized Compact Licensure.
- Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing School.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification, with a requirement to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, with a requirement to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, with a requirement to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- A minimum of 3 years of current Emergency Nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
