We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Life Care Center of Lewiston, Idaho. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct rehab care to patients in occupational therapy, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on activities of daily living and functional goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • NBCOT certification and current licensure in the state of Idaho.
  • Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT).
  • One year of experience in post-acute care or a related setting preferred.
  • CPR certification and ability to maintain current certification.
