Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Revenue Cycle Accountant to become a vital part of our finance team. This role is essential for managing comprehensive accounting functions and collaborating closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the general ledger and execute monthly account reconciliations.
  • Analyze monthly profit and loss statements for precision.
  • Lead the monthly closing process and prepare financial statements.
  • Handle invoices, prepaid expenses, and accruals efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inventory management and audits.
  • Assist in preparing for external audits.
  • Support the transition to NetSuite and Parity Factory systems.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance and task completion requirements.
  • Monitor incoming invoices and payment processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Parity Factory, or QuickBooks is advantageous.
  • Experience in real estate or property management accounting is preferred.
Compensation: Competitive salary up to $85,000 based on experience.
