We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction sites for our company, Structural Iron Erectors, LLC. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a high school diploma or equivalent.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role requires frequent driving to job sites and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Job Description:

  • Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel
  • Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
  • Training, managing and mentoring employees and contractors
  • Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs
  • Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures
  • Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sites
  • Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
  • Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of construction experience (preferred)
  • Environmental awareness
  • Experience managing teams
  • Must be experienced installing structural and miscellaneous steel
  • Ability to coordinate with other trades, as well as with the General Contractor
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be authorized to work in the US.
  • English and Spanish speaking (preferred)
