We are seeking an experienced Communicative Therapist to join our team in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders in the Portland, OR area.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address students' speech and language needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, assessment results, and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan appropriate interventions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred.
  • Ability to meet all state and local requirements for SLPs, including background check and immunization records.
