We're seeking a talented Quality Engineering Manager to join our Acrobat iOS team at Adobe Document Cloud. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality releases of our application, managing a team of quality professionals, and driving quality initiatives across multiple features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quality engineers and software engineers in test
  • Implement process changes to scale testing efforts, including the development of robust automation systems
  • Work with different teams (Engineering/PM/Design) to collect necessary information to assure QA coverage
  • Assess the status of releases and ensure that releases go out on time with a high quality level
  • Support customer engagement activities, defining the process by which the engineering and quality teams monitor, respond to, and address feedback

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of quality engineering or software development in test experience at major technology companies and/or software startups
  • 5+ years of engineering management experience
  • Proven strength leading test teams in an agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of test and tool development methodology
