Technical Requirements

To succeed in this role, the Mobile Hydraulic Repair Expert must possess excellent technical skills and be able to diagnose complex problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough repairs, maintenance, welding, and fabrication of returned customer equipment at our shop as needed.
  • Develop standardized repair procedures to address duplicate warranty issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in mechanical and hydraulic repair.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with welding and 12-volt electrical systems.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • The ability to travel overnight and/or work non-traditional schedules as workload demands.
  • Own tools and willingness to learn new technologies.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
